Monday Mantra/ Affirmation

Join me every Monday as I share a new Affirmation. This is a way to set the tone for the rest of the week.
It will help with clarity & transform your Monday into a day that will inspire you to take on the rest of the week.
Today’s Affirmation :
I don’t chase I attract. What belongs to me will find me.
Attracting is a powerful state that raises your vibration to a higher frequency.
A vibration is a state of being, the atmosphere, or the energetic quality of a person, place, thought, or thing
Manifest your desires:
1~ Get Clear
Be Sure, Be precise. Make a list of 20 -25 things you want to manifest. Use positive words. Show emotions. Let your list light you up inside.
2~Ask the universe for it
There are a lot of ways to ask including prayer, meditation, visualization, and vision boards. An easy way to ask for what you want is to write a letter to the universe. Ask the universe for what you want and let it go. Once you have asked for something, you need to relax and put that thing out of your mind. Remember, you are seeking a response from something other than your thinking mind.
3~ Take Action
Help the Universe help you. Start taking action and keep taking action until you reached your Goal. Do three things a day that brings you closer to your goal. Do not know what to do? Research. This would count as a step.
4~ Trust the process
The Universe is constantly working on providing you with everything you need to be the person you are meant to be. Believe. Have Faith. Go with the flow. Don’t Chase, attract.
5~Acknowledge what is being sent to you along the way
Be Grateful. Remember in each disappointment there is a lesson.
Envision as if everything you desire is already yours. When Writing your manifestations use the present tense “I have” Or “ I am” Needing or wanting something means you are not vibrating on the same frequency as having it.
6~Increase your vibration
Become what you want to attract. You attract what you are sending out. To attract more of what you want, you have to raise your vibration. Vibrations are like little radio signals you are continuously sending out to the universe. You must tune your signal to a vibration worthy of receiving it. How to increase your Vibrations? Doubts, pain, procrastination, frustrations, anxiety, fears, regrets, and resentments are all forms of resistance.
This takes a lot of inner work and to me is the hardest part of this process.
Meditation helps me. It is not about the negative experiences or thoughts that show up. It is about how you react to these thoughts or experiences. Stay True to yourself while finding the right perspective.
